BookingTek delivers direct, real-time, restaurant booking solutions for hospitality groups and is used by some of the largest hotel groups in the world. “TableRes” is a direct online restaurant reservation solution with a powerful front-of-house management system that can be delivered on a standalone basis or integrated with Oracle Simphony and multiple other point-of-sale systems. The TableRes mobile app is a sophisticated iOS and Android app that allows customers to order and pay at their tables.

BookingTek has a partnership agreement with Elavon, the payments division of US Bankcorp (5^th largest bank in the US) which enables the app to be given free to clients as part of Elavon’s product offering.  They have also recently signed up Resorts World Las Vegas Casino (one of the largest hotels in the world) who will deploy the app in their room service for the high-end brand (Crockfords) facility. In due course the app will serve the pool and restaurant locations. BookingTek has also recently signed heads of terms with a further hotel based in LA with 300 bedrooms, poolside and multiple restaurant service centres. The hotel has a further site which will follow in due course.

Daicar Limited owns and operates 2 trading companies, Daicar SRL and Daicar Rent SRL.

Daicar SRL, trading as “Carplanner”, was established in 2015, is an Italian lead generation platform for long term car rentals, used by the likes of Daimler Benz and Fiat.

Daicar Rent SRL, trading as “iDeal”, is a Software-As-A-Service platform used by insurers, insurance brokers, finance providers and others to sell long term car rental, provide finance and insurance (amongst other services) through a single portal. A trial with AXA was rolled out in 2023 and they are in advance discussions with Allianz, AON and Generali.

Faction was founded in 2006 by a group of friends to create the best designed freestyle skis on the market. 16 years on, Faction has led new technologies in ski equipment which has allowed thousands of people around the world to ski with more fun and appeal to a younger audience. They also plan to target the ski rental, ski boots (which represent the bulk of the market in volumes) and snow board sectors with acquisition of established brand United Shapes. It now has a global distribution network of over 450 retailers in over 30 countries. Faction has not only become the fastest growing ski company in the €10bn+ snow sports market but has also won over 50 market awards for quality and innovation.

SolasCure’s mission is to support healthcare professionals with wound care products that significantly improve the health and wellbeing of patients with chronic wounds. Their product Aurase Wound Gel contains an enzyme isolated and cloned from medical maggots that aids wound healing and debridement. Clinical trials began in the UK in 2021, taking place in centres across the UK, US and Hungary, the final results and medical approval are due this year (2023).  Solascure were named a UK Life Sciences Innovator 2023 by the UK’s Department for International Trade.

SolasCure is actively engaged in discussions with several of the world’s largest wound care players and anticipate a purchase bid or a strategic partnership offer in the very near future.
